Return Policy

 1. Returns

You can return the unopened merchandise in the original packaging within the warranty period and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide free refund or exchange service. If the warranty period expires after purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a free refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

2. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at service@sinocmpparts.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

3. Shipping

We are responsible for the shipping cost by “wrong delivery” and “quality problem”.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost by “bought it wrong” or“don't need it anymore”. The shipping cost for return will be refunded by PayPal or Western Union. 

We support Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Deposit payment.

1.Credit Card

We accept Amex, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. You may need complete information about your Credit Card, such as card number, name on card. Then, your credit card information will be sent to related company to verify your identity. Please don’t worry about the security, we won’t collect any of your Credit Card information, including but not limited to your card number.

2.PayPal

When you choose PayPal to pay the product, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely.

3.Bank Transfer

If you don’t have PayPal and Credit Card, or you want to pay the product by Bank Deposit, you can choose T/T to complete payment. Please contact us by service@sinocmpparts.com or

4.Payment process

Find the product you need -> Add to Card -> View your cart -> Checkout -> Complete your information -> Continue to shipping -> Check your information and click continue to payment -> Choose the way to pay -> Pay now

Note: Please contact us if you meet problems with payment. If you make payment by Bank Transfer or Western Union, please contact us to check if we get the money or not.
